Dylan oversees everything that happens at FindonGC and is responsible for concessions, suppliers and accounts.
Dylan cannot function without a salted caramel latte.
Chris is our horticultural expert. Chris ensures our plants (both indoor and outdoor) are the best quality and are from reliable suppliers.
Chris has over 20 years experience working in garden centres.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
Gloria assists Elaine in the day-to-day running of our Garden Restaurant. As a new member of our team, Gloria brings a lot of experience. She will always be seen with a massive smile.
Katie is new to our leadership team, her responsibilities are to help with the day-to-day running of the garden centre, customer service, stock and visual merchandising.
She will leave you smiling from her bubbly personality.
Chrissie runs all the marketing at FindonGC as well as creating and running all e-commerce and social profiles. She also oversees purchasing.
Pepsi is Chrissie's caffeine.
Adam manages our warehouse and all stock in and out of store. He has great knowledge of our products. He is the go-to-guy for stock availability.
Having been here for over 10 years, he is well loved by our locals.
Callum is part of our leadership team, he has a great knowledge on all our products and is always around to help. You will often find Callum working outside with Chris.
Callum is always happy to lend a hand.
Assistant to the Directors
Hannah is responsible for all the admin and accounting aspects of the garden centre, while helping with the running of the day-to-day.
Hannah can easily be bribed with a bar of cadburys.
Elaine is in charge of the day-to-day running of our Garden Restaurant. Along side our Chef, Elaine creates our delicious menus.
Elaine is the life and soul to any party (hopefully not during work hours).
Lydia is new to our leadership team, she helps with the day-to-day running of the store. Focussing on customer service, visual merchandising and stock.
You'll know its Lydia for her welcoming smile.
